Support tiny backyard homes in LA County – Tomorrow!

The County of Los Angeles Planning Commission is having a Public Hearing to consider new development standards for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) TOMORROW!

Consider coming and speaking in support of increasing the ease of developing  affordable ADUs.

Details you should know

Municipalities across the State are updating their ADU ordinances to comply with recently passed legislation.

The details of the changes presented by LA County can be found here. 

Please note that the County’s ordinance will only apply in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County, not the City of Los Angeles or any other city.

Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.

Hearing Location: 320 West Temple St., Hall of Records, Rm. 150, Los Angeles, CA 90012

You will have an opportunity to testify, or you can submit written comments online or at the public hearing.
